01 / OVERVIEW
Designing for the moment before a decision.
The work centered on a simple question: how might we replace confusing market signals with an interface that meets people at their actual level of confidence? I led product strategy, research synthesis, interaction design, and the final prototype direction.
PROJECT OVERVIEW · FINAL MOBILE FLOW
02 / THE PROBLEM
People couldn’t tell which signal mattered.
For new investors, every screen felt like a test. Dense terminology, real-time movement, and a dozen competing calls to action created more anxiety than clarity. The product needed to explain the ‘why’ before asking people to act.
03 / USER RESEARCH
Confidence grows with context, not more data.
01
Users wanted a trusted starting point—not an empty dashboard.
02
The most useful message was a plain-language explanation of risk.

04 / DESIGN PROCESS
From broad questions to focused decisions.
I used low-fidelity studies to pressure-test the information hierarchy, then moved into clickable prototypes to make the high-stakes moments feel calm and obvious.

05 / FINAL SOLUTION
A calmer path from question to action.
The final experience turns an intimidating blank state into a progressive, explainable journey. Each decision is introduced in plain language, paired with a clear next step, and never leaves the user without an escape hatch.
